All orders over $65 include free shipping. You can choose the shipping method when checking out.  We also offer several other shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, express, and international shipping with extra costs included.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from us, it will include your Australian Post tracking number.

You can track the progress of your order at the AusPost website by entering your tracking number. If you are unable to locate your consignment number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order, please contact us and we will assist you with your enquiry.

Processing times for standard orders are from 1-7 business days however these times are bound to change and can take 7-10 business days or 1-5 business days for express post. International orders will be longer based on the country and carrier used. These times also vary depending on public holidays and an influx of orders during sales.
